If you need to report a sick or injured animal, report animal abuse or neglect, or need to make a request with the City of Indianapolis, then please follow these instructions on how to request assistance with the Request Indy portal. You can access the Request Indy portal from the button below.
Please be advised that the instructions below are for all of Marion County, Indiana with these exceptions: Southport, Beech Grove, Speedway, and Lawrence. If you live within these excluded city limits, please contact your local animal care officer.
