Animal Cruelty, Abuse, or Abandonment is Illegal

If you witness or suspect someone of animal cruelty, abandonment, or poisoning, immediately contact Indianapolis Animal Care Services (IACS). Give them the details of the situation, the address where the crime is occurring, and the name(s) of anyone committing the crime, if known.
