Our Winter Shelter Program is designed to create affordable and effective outdoor winter shelters for Indianapolis’ community cats. These shelters offer the perfect solution for cats trying to survive the harsh winter weather. When temperatures drop to dangerous levels, winters shelters are a lifeline for our feline neighbors.
INC’s Caretaker Agreement

Indy Neighborhood Cats (INC) provides Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) and colony management assistance. By helping unowned /free roaming cats in need, you become part of the solution to the overpopulation crisis and improve the cats’ lives. You will also lessen the burden on overcrowded shelters and rescue groups.
